International Tax has never been so much important as it is now. Post COVID 19, more and more businesses across the globe would use technology and transact online and with new models. New business structures might have been developed post BEPS and MLI and these new structures will have new tax challenges. With this in mind and to equip professionals with important concepts of international taxations and practical scenario, the International Tax Committee has organized “Online Study Course on International Taxation” encompassing provisions of the domestic tax law, DTAA with impact of MLI thereon.
