Lecture Meeting on “The Framework of Adjudication under Companies Act, 2013 – RD and ROC Orders, Related Provisions, Amendments, E –Adjudication (Virtual Mode)

Recently, the Registrar of Companies and the Regional Directors across the various jurisdictions in India have issued multiple Adjudication Orders for a numerous contravention under the Companies Act, 2013. The Orders have levied hefty penalties that have a far-reaching effect on the Companies in India. Further, in some cases, the penalties are also levied on the Directors, officers and also the Key Managerial Personnel where applicable.
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has notified the amendment vide GSR 476(E) dated 05th August 2024 which has provided for e–adjudication platform and all proceedings to be conducted in electronic mode.
The lecture Meeting is proposed to be held to discuss the recent RoC / RD Orders, the implications of the same, the new regime of e–adjudication and the related aspects.
