Recently “The Banning of Unregulated Deposit Scheme Ordinance, 2019” was promulgated. The Ordinance restricts borrowing by the specified classes of people.
Various issues have been arisen due to the promulgation of the ordinance. To understand the nuances of the new law the Corporate Connect Committee of the Chamber has organised lecture meeting.
