IDT STUDY CIRCLE MEETING ON SC DECISION IN CASE OF DILIP KUMAR & ORS AND ISSUES FROM EXEMPTION NOTIFICATION

There have been grey areas pertaining to Interpretation of exemption notification under GST.

We have invited Mr. V Raghuraman, Advocate to chair the study circle meeting to explain us how to interpret exemption notification in the light of SC Judgement in case of Mother Superior Catholic Church case and Dilipkumar trader’s case.

We have also invited CA Rishabh Singhvi to present and discuss case studies on various important exemption. This session will also be chaired by Advocate Mr. V. Ragjraman.
