The concept of IFSC is in place for many years. In the year 2015, RBI issued a regulations on IFSC.
The group leaders will deliberate on what is the status of the entities set up in IFSC , are they treated as Non Resident under FEMA , whether a person resident in India can make direct investment in WOS/JV set up in IFSC , whether an individual use LRS to invest in IFSC , what are the regulatory frame work of the same and many other aspects.
