BRAIN TRUST SESSION ON CONTROVERSIAL FEMA ISSUES

The Chamber of Tax Consultants jointly with Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society, is pleased to announce a Brain Trust Session on selective issues under FEMA.
FEMA has been a fluid and frequently amended law. Especially, last 2-3 years have witnessed a lot of new regulations/notifications and several substantive amendments thereto. Due to language of the law, there are several interpretation issues and difficulties faced by persons obliged to comply the law. Contraventions continue to invite penal consequences. To understand the FEMA law better a focused seminar in the form of a Brain Trust Session has been organised where senior members from the fraternity will be discussing issues and addressing questions raised to them.
