The changes in GST Law are being governed through numerous notifications and circulars. The CBIC, since August 2019 has approximately issued 25 notifications and 12 circulars under GST which have a significant impact on various positions taken by the trade and industry. The recent changes in GST Law have opened Pandora’s box and ignited huge debate amongst the professionals.
