Webinar on Re-Opening of TRANS-1 and Rectification of Transitional Credit

“Hon’ble Supreme Court in case of Filco Trade Center has directed the Government to Re-Open Transitional Credit Form on GST portal from 1st October 2022 to 30th November 2022 to enable taxpayers to claim Transitional Credit and make rectifications to claims already filed in 2017. Following this directive the Government has activated TRAN-1 form on GST portal and also issued Circular No. 180/12/2022-GST on this aspect.
Keeping in mind the issues faced by taxpayers and tax professionals at large, the Indirect Taxes Committee of CTC has organised a Webinar on this subject”.
