SAS Meeting on Joint Management and Stress Management (Virtual Mode)

November 28 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Joint pain and stress are two of the most common health challenges faced by all. While they may seem like separate issues, there are inseparable, as chronic pain can often contribute to increased stress, and stress can, in turn, exacerbate physical pain. A holistic approach that addresses both joint pain and stress simultaneously can significantly improve overall well-being and quality of life.

Joint pain can result from various factors, including aging, injury, arthritis, or inflammation. Regardless of the cause, managing joint pain requires a combination of approaches to reduce discomfort and improve mobility. Chronic stress can take a significant toll on both physical and mental health.

Managing stress is essential for enhancing quality of life and improving joint health. Joint pain and stress are often intertwined, but by adopting a holistic approach to managing both, individuals can experience relief from discomfort while fostering mental resilience. Consistent self-care, stress management techniques, and a focus on physical health can create a foundation for a more vibrant, pain-free life.

The, Membership and Public Relations Committee has therefore organised this very unique session to manage both joint pain and stress, thereby enhancing quality of life and foster better emotional well-being.

What will you learn from the workshop: –

  • Nurturing a holistic approach to health that promotes physical comfort, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
  • Ways to manage both stress and joint pain simultaneously.
  • Reduce the emotional burden of living with chronic discomfort.
  • Managing stress and thereby enhancing the body’s natural ability to heal and cope with pain.
