The Pune Study Group of The Chamber of Tax Consultants (CTC) has organised a Study Group Meeting on “Hindu Undivided Family – The Concept & Its Taxation” scheduled on 18th January, 2025. The details of the meeting which will be held via Zoom are as follows:
Coverage – A Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) is a unique legal entity under Hindu Law, recognized primarily for tax purposes in India. HUF has been a popular constituent entity in India among various families. The speaker shall cover meaning of HUF, the formation (?) process of HUF, the tax advantages of HUF and HUF partition and tax implications thereon. The speaker shall also cover his practical insights on this subject with the participants.
