Lecture Meeting On Analysis Of Recent Important Decisions [Virtual Mode]

The archaic tax system in India is subjected to a huge amount of litigation making it important for the tax practitioners to be updated not only with the legislative changes (finance bill) but also the judge made law (decisions of the SC and HCs). Therefore, it is important to keep pace with the judge made law and for that, CTC has announced a lecture meeting on certain important judgements recently delivered by the Supreme Court and High Courts.
