The only constant in International Tax is change. Recent changes proposed in BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting) through Multi-Lateral Instruments (MLI) and recent Finance Acts have posed even more challenges to the tax professionals and industries to cope up with the changes and align the best practices as per the new tax regimes. Recent Judicial decisions from various authorities have made this topic even more dynamic. New changes in International Tax and Transfer Pricing along with its implications in Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) have substantially increased challenges before us.
With a view to understand various issues arising on the subject and also to find a probable solution, the International Taxation Committee of The Chamber of Tax Consultants jointly with Pune Study Group has organised a Full Day Seminar on International Taxation as per the details hereunder:
