FEMA Study Circle meeting on Overview of External Commercial Borrowings [Virtual Mode]

The International Taxation Committee of The Chamber of Tax Consultants (CTC) has organized a FEMA Study Circle Meeting on “Overview of External Commercial Borrowings” which is scheduled on 06^th September, 2023.

With India being the brightest markets for MNCs and Corporates, raising funds plays a crucial role for business growth. Hence, an understanding of the FEMA External Commercial Borrowing Regulations will have critical application for the practitioners.
