FEMA SC Meeting on Overview of Overseas Investments [Virtual Mode]

The International Taxation Committee of The Chamber of Tax Consultants (CTC) has organized a FEMA Study Circle Meeting on “Overview of Overseas Investments” which is scheduled on 31^st January, 2024.
 

The widespread global reach and the high growth potential in the foreign markets has motivated Indian Investors to stretch their arms overseas. So, FEMA compliances w.r.t. investments abroad are crucial. Therefore, the speaker in the study circle meeting will cover the basic aspects of Overseas Investments under FEMA and give us practical insights.
