FEMA SC Meeting on Internalisation & Externalisation including recent amendments in FDI [Virtual Mode]

The International Taxation Committee of The Chamber of Tax Consultants (CTC) has organized a FEMA Study Circle Meeting on “Internalisation & Externalisation including recent amendments in FDI” which is scheduled on 05th June, 2025.
With the expansion of global growth opportunities, rising international investor interest, growing emphasis on nurturing strong domestic foundations, the concepts of both internalisation and externalisation have gained significant prominence from both strategic and regulatory perspectives. The Study Circle session would delve into the intricacies of flipping (shifting the holding structure to an overseas jurisdiction) and reverse flipping (relocating the parent company structure back to India), all through the lens of Foreign Exchange regulations in India including the recent amendments.
