The International Taxation Committee of The Chamber of Tax Consultants (CTC) has organized a FEMA Study Circle Meeting on “Compounding Rules & Directions under FEMA including LSF provisions” which is scheduled on 22nd May, 2025.

These provisions provide a mechanism for individuals and entities to voluntarily admit and regularise contraventions of FEMA regulations by paying a monetary penalty, thereby avoiding lengthy litigation or prosecution.
