48th Residential Refresher Course on Direct Taxes – 6th – 9th March, 2025 – Mayfair Lake Resort – Raipur NRRC for Raipur resident only

In the 48th RRC, we are focussing on topics which are going to enable the delegates to strengthen their foundations, allow them to stay updated with the recent amendments and consider the impact of direct taxes as well as indirect taxes, on transactions of immovable properties. We intend to take the focus to Accruals of income, Source of income, Residency and other related provisions, Case Studies on recent amendments to capital gains, and other live topics, and bring the views of Panellists on the Direct Tax and Indirect Tax impact on taxation of Immovable Properties. The RRC will be held from 6th March 2025, Thursday to 9th March 2025, Sunday at the Mayfair Lake Resort, Raipur.
The organizers of the conference have received phenomenal participation for Residential participants. The organisers now invite all lawyers, chartered accountants, tax professionals to participate on Non-Residential basis and encourage one and other to join the 48th RRC on non-residential basis.

- The following is the tentative Day wise and time-wise schedule for participants joining on Non-Residential basis:
- 6th March 2025 – 2 pm to 9 pm .
- 7th March 2025 – 9 am to 1.30 pm
- 8th March 2025 – 9 am to 4 pm followed by Gala Night from 7.30 pm onwards;
- 9th March 2025 – 8.30 am to 12 noon
- Considering there are limited seats for enrollment, participants must note that registrations will be subject to first-cum-first-serve basis.
- The conference will conclude on Day 4 (Sunday, 9th March 2025) at 12.00 noon followed by Lunch.
- In case of cancellation, member is requested to nominate someone to attend the RRC, no refund request shall be entertained, except under genuine unavoidable circumstances, subject to the approval of RRC Committee and Managing Council.
