IDT Study Circle Meeting on Issues under GST for Services provided by Government (Virtual Mode)

The provisions of Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) on services provided by government was first brought into effect from 2016 i.e. before the introduction of GST Law. The said provisions have also been enacted under the GST Law. Government services vs. Government functions have been a subject matter of dispute. To discuss on GST issues on services provided by Government, the Chamber of Tax Consultants has planned a study circle meeting, the details of which are given below –

CTC Members – Rs. 200/- + Rs. 36/- (GST) = Rs. 236/-
Non-Members – Rs. 400/- + Rs. 72/- (GST) = Rs. 472/-
