Lecture Meeting on Landmark Rulings in the case of GIDC and Bharati Airtel (Virtual Mode)

The Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat in the case of GIDC has given a landmark ruling in the contentious issue of transfer of leashold rights of plot of land allotted by State Industrial Development Corporation. Also, the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Bharti Airtel has given certain fundamental principles for test of movability vs immovability of plant & machinery and eligibility of input credits. To analyse both these landmark decisions and its implication, IDT Committee of CTC has organised this webinar.
About the Speaker: Adv. Uchit Sheth is a young and dynamic speaker appearing before various High Courts and Supreme Court of India. He was one of the arguing counsel in the GIDC case before the Hon’ble Gujarat High Court.
