Half Day Seminar on Clause-by-clause analysis of Direct Tax provisions of Finance Bill (No.2), 2024 [Hybrid Mode]

The Hon’ble Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman, has presented her 7th consecutive budget, the Finance (No. 2) Bill, 2024. As anticipated, the bill includes numerous amendments—some expected, some surprising, some aimed at reducing litigation, and others that may potentially increase it.
To thoroughly understand the complexities and implications of these amendments, the Direct Taxes Committee and International Taxation Committee of the Chamber of Tax Consultants is organising a Half Day Seminar. Esteemed tax experts will break down and clarify the intricate clauses and changes in direct taxes proposed in the Finance Bill.
