Dear Readers, I write to you all at the time when the great festival of light is round the corner. Let me, therefore, at the outset wish all the readers a Very Happy Diwali and also a very prosperous new Vikram Samvat 2078. It is a pride for me to communicate to you all through this very prestigious journal of the Chamber focussing on the subject of International Tax. I am truly humbled, feeling extremely blessed, and deeply honored to assume the office of President of this great institution on 3rd July, 2021. It has been a while now and I feel that the experience which I am going through at present is marvellous. I am sure that I am going to be a better person by the time I lay down the office in July, 2022.
