Dear Readers, At the outset, my best wishes to all the readers for a very Happy and Prosperous New Year 2022. Another year is over and a new year is with all of us where we certainly look forward to newer possibilities of growth and excellence in professional field. New ventures await us as we embark the journey in the year 2022. The beginning of the new year this time was having an element of worry and anxiety due to the new variant of the pandemic. The first fortnight of the year has seen astronomical figures as far as number of daily cases are concerned. This certainly caused worry for all of us as to where are we heading to? Are we going to again see the days of lockdown and also see many of our known persons getting severely infected? Are we going to again face dearth of infrastructure to deal with the situations? Is vaccination going to be of any help to us or not ……. Fortunately, the new variant has been much milder and all of us have a great sigh of rel.......
