WEBINAR ON CHANGING PARADIGM OF LLP – AMENDMENT IN LLP RULES

Central Government recently amended the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009 thereby making certain provision of Companies Act being made applicable to the Limited Liability Partnership, decriminalise certain offence, etc. with effect from 1st April, 2022.
