WEBINAR ON FEMA COMPLIANCE AUDIT

While auditing entities where there are international transactions, it is pertinent for the Auditor to check whether provisions of the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) have been complied with. If the provisions are not complied with then the entities may be subject to the compounding proceedings and it may have to provide for a contingent liability.
