LECTURE MEETING ON “HOW TO BE AN INTENTIONAL LEADER”

Intentional leaders are those who clearly understand, deliberately prepare themselves and thoughtfully execute their role as a leader. They leave a large impact on their organisations and in the lives of the people who follow them. They are not leaders by ‘accident’ i.e. promoted into a position without the necessary attributes and skills.
Corporates, Chartered Accountant and Legal firms invariably have employees who are educated and aspirational. The work is often complex and demanding. In such an environment, motivation and leadership become vital for success. Intentional leaders can influence that environment.
The Membership and Public Relations Committee of the Chamber of Tax Consultants is organising a free webinar on “How to be an Intentional Leader”.
