Now a days we are getting Notices under Service Tax, In new era of GST there are some pending issues related to Service Tax also needs to be looked in to. There are many notices regarding mismatch of turnover disclosed in ST-3 Return and audited financials or 26AS TDS deducted Income. Department has issued many such notices requiring tax payers to provide details, documents, reconciliation statements etc.
